Mobile Xpress Deposit

Deposit paper checks from anywhere at any time with Mobile Xpress Deposit. It’s fast, easy, and free!

To deposit checks through My Pocket Bank:

  1. Open your My Pocket Bank app.
  2. Tap the + at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Choose “Deposit”.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your paper check becomes cash in your account in no time.

My People Pay

We’re taking the hassle out of sending and receiving money. First Bank’s people-to-people payment service, My People Pay, is the fast, safe way to send and receive money online.

  • Pay your babysitter
  • Send your niece or nephew a cash birthday gift
  • Pay back the friend you owe for lunch or those concert tickets
  • Receive money from friends, family or co-workers

You can send money to almost anyone with an e-mail address or a mobile number. The person will receive a notification with instructions on how to claim the money. Payments can be delivered to a deposit or a PayPal account.

Register online first, through your online banking page, then you can send and receive money any time through your My Pocket Bank app.  

Touch/Face ID and Passcode

Touch/Face ID and Passcode allow quick access to My Pocket Bank without entering your password each time. The application will recognize registered fingerprints, or facial scans for some devices, or allow the use of a 4-digit passcode that you select. Simply open the settings on My Pocket Bank and turn on quick access. After this one time set-up, you are good to go!

SecurLOCK™ Equip’s mobile app gives First Bank customers control of how, where, and when their debit card is used via their mobile device. It provides a  simple and secure way to manage and monitor your transaction activity. Below are just a few of the features that can give First Bank customers peace of mind and assist in managing spending habits:

  • Card Controls by Channel. Cardholders can set merchant categories (grocery, retail, gas, etc.), transaction types (ATM, online, recurring charges, etc.) and spending limits. Personalize your preferences according to your unique spending behavior.
  • Card Control By Location. Limit your card activity by location or region, and even block international usage.
  • Instant Transaction Alerts. Your app can notify you immediately with real-time transaction alerts. Knowing exactly when and where your card is being used gives First Bank customers the ultimate peace of mind.
  • Switch Card On/Off. Lock or unlock your card with a single touch. No more worrying about what is happening to your card if you misplace it or ordering a new card just to find it in the laundry! Simply turn your debit card off until it is located.

Mobile Wallet

Register your First Bank debit card to make secure purchases in stores, apps, and on the internet through the wallet on your supported mobile device, and make purchases without ever using your card. With the mobile wallet, your card goes through a tokenization process which creates a virtual card, so most merchants won’t receive your actual card number when you pay.

As a customer of First Bank, you have access to over 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs at your favorite retail locations.  Get cash at the convenient location nearest you as often as you like; it’s all surcharge-free.  Just look for the green Allpoint sign.
